A wool shop and Wexford

This is where I was on Friday morning when I should have been at home packing for a weekend in gorgeous Gorey! Hence the dusk departure from the city!

Too warm for snow. Too cold for surf. It's definitely turning into Jo's winter of discontent!

Gorgeous photos. Love the first one where you can see the wool on the shelves in the background - I just love seeing wool stacked up like that, and towels too! Poor Jo - what a disappointment.

Oh, cutie pie Jo!
That water still stirs my heart! I'd love to have a look at it and a sniff of it!
Your ripples are stunning! I wish I could drag mine to school, but alas, my desk is piled with "to dos" and the clock races during my planning time.
Oh, I love you, Miss Mags!

Love the pix--especially of the yarn/wool shop.

Oh, poor Jo. It has been a strange and not altogether useful winter.

The next to last photo is almost surreal - I love it!

The beaches in Wales have those pretty colored stones. We found all sorts of 'treasures' when we stayed in Pembrokeshire such as a pence, pieces of crockery, a silver spoon, sea glass, and those stripey, round rocks. Combing the beach was our favorite pastime!

Hi,

Do you happen to know the name and location of that wool shop by any chance?

Hi, Anonymous- it's Parlour Yarns in Carrickfergus, County Antrim. Drive past the castle and find the Courtyard on the right. Parlour is is in the inner courtyard. Conveniently close to Java Art and Take Thyme... They're on facebook.

Time stands still

Hello! Sending you all lots of love from Northern Ireland, where nothing much changes just as everything changes, as usual. Time has stood ...
